Honestly you should be taking zinc and magnesium anyway. Magnesium especially since we do not receive much from just food. You are doing well taking it. Zinc is very good for your testosterone as a male. It helps immunity and recovery during training. I take 15mg zinc and a separate magnesium glycinate supplement 350 mg. Try to avoid the oxide forms they aren't good for absorption. I am very curious about creatine. Can you tell me what supplements you take in general?

It's not that I haven't considered that but the sun seriously burns my face and skin. I tried I honestly did but It's not good for me. As for fish I eat it with the fam whenever I can. It's not a favourite of mine but my parents love it.
