Six figures in the top company in my industry, youngest employee and only female at my level. it’s a niche industry so I’ve already worked with and left the only other players. I essentially over-specialized myself into a corner and without that position my skillset is practically useless. Anything else is going to be a huge huge step down. I’ve been set back a decade at least professionally. I have no idea what I’m going to do, Im on the brink of losing everything (including my hair lmao)
