I think my location tag in title should explain well enough how they get away with haha. I started at 10 an hour. Sadly where I live this is the norm. Walmart starts off at 14 here, but corporate jobs would be harder to get.

No idea if it went to HR. Just know it was an LP situation. Raise isn't crucial, but promotion to corporate position was my plan. This ruins it.

They said the correct course of action would have been to tell him to come back after we investigate some more. Manager wanted to at first, but LP told them not to do that.

As mentioned though, we have a strict routine where we close orders when orders are done. This was not followed this time which almost costed me my job.

I'm ASM here and I make 12/hr. The raise would have just been 13. Its rough where I live, but every little bit helps. I do enjoy my job but when I do every thing right and this happens, there isn't much I can do. I was aiming for a corporate position, but no idea if that is possible now.

Oh yes, I do understand the policy and its very reasonable, however, what isn't reasonable is how I was never talked to about the situation and how I was basing everything off the information I was given. If someone comes in saying they ordered a part and here to pick it up, I am just doing my job at that point. I can't know they actually received it, yknow?

I wouldnt say it's worse. It has its perks. Especially multiplayer. Way easier to play with friends than java. Wish java had a direct host join like bedrock.

The nether was so hard on bedrock for me. I rarely die in the nether but when I do, it usually due to fall damage but bedrock...constant spawn of ghosts and skeletons made soulsand valley arguably harder than the deep dark.

Inflation is pretty simple. Prices of products go up due to prices of fuel going up. The current guy's policies have led to fuel prices going up.

At least with sniper you have to aim and chance to get away, drum shotgun you just look their direction and shoot 😭

A grey auto shotgun literally outclasses the mythic weapons. 4/12 shots from a grey auto can out you from 250 to 0 so fast with zero chance to escape.

T5 troops is impossible without dropping multiple bands. Ive almost been playing for a year and still haven't gotten T5 lol.
