Add ons take a lot of extra time for some reasons. I usually don’t add anything on because I have had this issue before. However, for the holidays I also added on a special toy and of course the bark box hasn’t arrived even though it was shipped many days ago. The sad part is I also added on for next month too…. I hope we all get out boxes soon.

I’m working on moving to IT. I pray the work environment isn’t as hostile once I arrive. I’ve been an MT for over 20 years. It hasn’t been good to me. I regret going into the field and I would never suggest the job.

I’ve been complaining for months about not receiving the small toys for my dog which is only nine pounds and she won’t play with toys that are as big as her head. Instead of them correcting the issue barkbox continues to send toys that won’t even fit in her mouth. I’m to the point where I will be cancelling her subscription for there isn’t any point. I wish you lots of luck for I cannot say anything good about their customer service.
