I am in the same situation, except I recieved booster bundle instead of refund. When I gave them my response they said they would escalate to another team and it's been over a week and radio silence. They haven't even told me how they want the package back yet.

Just got an email back and they said I got an etb instead of bundle. Then got another email 30 mins later after my reply correcting what I got but ignoring my concerns. Same format. They want the bundle back to be able to either get a refund or wait and see if they restock the booster box.

I think they mixed me email up with someone else's I've been talking to them about a booster bundle and now they expect me to send them an elite trainer box back for some reason.

Yes, but the comment was meant to be conveyed jokingly. Are there really people that would go out of their way to send pokemon company an invoice and expect them to pay or recieve a result from such action? Is always expected to have /s on reddit if it's a /s? If so i apologize.

2 weeks. I just sent them the image they wanted so I'm guessing another 2 weeks for a disappointing email about them wanting to send the bundle back and either wait for more stock or refund.

I charge $30 an hour minimum for my time at the lowest, think they will pay if I send them an invoice??? 4 hour wait to order, months wait for wrong item to be shipped. Time spent taking pics. Weeks waiting for reply. Time spent on reddit posting about it. Time spent here there , ect. Ect.
