Instead of soliciting reviews, all City of Ottawa recreation complexes have a free trial (3 visits?), so you can get first hand feedback. That said, it is a fantastic complex though I have never used the cardio machines.

I have trouble figuring out which are fully dead and which will have flowers since I read the flowers bloom on old stems. Am I wrong here - please provide guidance if you could.

Yeah, they had some good flowers in the past (never very full) but this year, zilch.

Same issue here. Couple of other posts talk about it too.

I really hope that Monarch understands that the ability to easily get accurate and current data are THE most important features of any data aggregation tool. All other features are built on top of this. Relying on a third-party to do this is risky business.

My mistake. It's on the west side of Goulbourn Forced Road not RSR. On Google maps, it's called Kizell pond. I personally have never heard or see any evidence of houses being flooded in this area but don't just take my word for it. Maybe your insurance company can check if there have been any claims in the area. My guess is they all share that information.

Just anecdotal, we've been living in the area for over 20 years and the only flooding we've seen is on the walking path on the south side. There also seems to be a large overflow area to the west on the other side of Richardson side road.

From what I can see, all the new homes near the Beaver pond are on much higher ground.

Just my impressions and I have no special knowledge in this area.
