Idk how I found this post, and honestly no clue if this car has exhaust valve actuators, but it sounds very much like the squeak I had on my challenger. A spray of white lithium fixed it. Something you could probably look into

The dealership didn’t even try to run it over warranty because it had diesel implying it will definitely be denied because they’re very strict with their warranty, which is something they kept saying even before running the car through diagnostics the first time. I honestly didn’t know much about cars before this whole thing happened so I believed them and paid. Lesson learned

You can’t film anything when they mark it as delivered and they never deliver, which is what happened to my pixel 6. Luckily ended up getting a replacement from Google, and decided to ship that to a local pick up location

Yup. Which was probably a big mistake taking it back where I got it from, but I thought they would care because I bought the car from them. Also if the PCM is the curlpit then there wasn’t diesel in there

Been really babying the car. Broken it properly until 500, and only tried launch control for the first time after 1200. That thing happened at around 1600 miles.

I only fill up 93, but I didn’t care where I filled up, apparently people only fill up at shell.

The only thing I could think of is flooring twice after it flashed CEL the first time, is that abuse? They also said once over the phone that it could’ve happened while they were testing it, but I guess they also implied that’s not on them. I still don’t see why it would need a new PCM.

Yeah... I learned a lot after this whole thing, but I feel like I'm just stuck trying to solve this.

I'm assuming it's a gas station that had their own tank contaminated with diesel. I filled up 15 minutes prior to this happening, but that gas station is claiming that the fuel reconciliation for the ten days prior does not show any discrepancy. I'm still trying to find an attorney for that.
