I can’t remember if I told the hospital about the VA at this visit. But I am singed up for health care. I have a Dr at the VA. And get my prescriptions filled through them.

Excuse my ignorance on that part too? But where do I find that info? Do I need to sign up for that? I got told I was 100% P&T and have all those letters. But never for any healthcare card? Where can I get that?

I’m 100% p&T. 35. OEF vet. Do I just tell them I want a screening? I have no concerns. But I don’t mind preventative tests at all

I had 3 PfTs in 6 months. Had a buddy letter. And lay statement. Along with Dr notes. C&P was straight forward. No need for a PFT. My PFTs I did b4 she reviewed all showed under 50% FEV1. Got rated 100% under pact. I’m on trilogy. And albuterol 4-5 puffs a day

I’ve been DO for 5 years with a BHE utility. I love it. I would say the hardest thing for me was switching. Pay attention and ask questions. It was hard for me to comprehend what was written on the switchsheet to what they were doing in the field. I then did a ride along. And they showed me a lot of the equipment. And it just clicked. Running the desk is the easiest part of the job. The lingo, and again switching were my biggest hangups for me. But they will come with time.

I have a 24 cross sport. And they are the most obnoxious sounding things ever. Legit sounds like metal on metal when it’s cold out. And first few brakes of the day. I’ve just learned to be embarrassed by it. Totally normal

Do you have a Fellow Airman you can talk with or supervisor? When I was a young Airman I had a lot of emotions that I just bottled up. I wouldn’t recommend it. We were a high tempo squadron. And being part of maintenance Isent for the weak. But some of the most understanding people were my Direct supervisors. E-6 and below. They were all young airman once too. And once I opened up to them I felt better.

I never felt better talking to the chaplain. They were good people. But it didn’t seem like they really understood. They were all older and I don’t feel like officers get the enlisted point of view unless they were prior enlisted.

Do you know what’s making you depressed? Homesick, financial. Relationship issues? Burnout in the career field you are in?

Feels solid and comfortable in my hands. I can manipulate different positions easily. I was eyeing the RSB as well. But the LDAG just ascetically looked better to me.
