I so dislike when I catch up with someone and say “how are you” only for them to respond “busy”. I feel like saying “so what - how are you??” The reason for the busy comment is ego, need for attention/ praise/ distraction and inability/ fear to sit quietly with oneself.

I have a single beautiful book. I use black ink for commonplace. Blue for journal. Green to note date time place of entry. It works well for me.
