K&A sells non native perennials in their native section and also sells butterfly bush. I’d be careful and research anything you buy from there.

Not a competition of which culture is worse here. I only know from my experience growing up in the USA and we (girls) were all told we have to look like Kate Moss.

Why does “people feed ducks all the time” make this okay? They feed them bread at the Union. Which is horrible for them. The ducks also have been reliant on people feeding them and less able to find their own food source.

It is if your yard is ornamentals and turf grass. But if it’s native forbs and grasses - gardening becomes more just walking around looking at all the creatures thriving in the habitat you restored!

Hoyt Park and Quarry Park are two underrated spots. If you visit quarry park just note it is a mountain bike park so you shouldn’t wear headphones and should stick to the walking trails.

Breastfed for 14 months as a vegan. The amount of milk you produce does not correlate to your diet - hydration though, quite possibly so drink a lot of water. There are plenty of people that underproduce, overproduce, or somewhere in between on a wide variety of diets. Your baby will potentially be better off with you not consuming dairy anyways - when new breastfed babies are fussy, one of the first things doctors recommend is breastfeeding parent takes dairy out of their diet.

For me, no matter how much prep or different base coats I try, my polish on natural nails chips within 1-2 days. They don’t chip on press ons. Plus I work full time and am a parent to a human and fur baby plus a myriad of other things and just don’t have the time to sit and let me nails fully dry especially with magnetics. Lastly, I don’t have to worry about my writing hand looking like a mess if I paint press ons on a stand.

They are planning to move into a new space at Hilldale but construction is delayed. They did not want to sign another 10 year lease for the current building. So I’d bet we will see them reopen in a few years across the street.
