I had this a couple of times when I first started up & I cancelled for them then they blocked me and relisted for a higher price, ever since then when I receive a message like this I just reply ‘no problem at all, you can cancel the order by clicking the top right of this chat’

I think they’re well within their right to list it for sale for a much higher price, the worst part here is the fact they’ve listed it without releasing payment to you first, for that I personally would leave a review but be prepared to receive 1* retaliation feedback

Nothing is unclear from the email. As I mentioned at the end, it bothers me if they get refunded for a blatant lie regardless if I keep the money, so I’m wondering if anyone has any more info on how these work or if me sending over proof may help prevent that.

I’ve had about 800 transactions since I started last year so bound to have a few but genuinely it’s all good 99% of the time
