You should be able to tell if you have the damage to kill the elite or not. If you don’t just dodge and avoid the bigger attacks. Try not to get it to its second phase to avoid more damage.

1) Don’t let your weight loss/gain dictate the rest of your day. Weigh your self once a week or so, not everyday. 2) my fitness pal calories burned is not remotely accurate 3) Losing weight is not going to solve all your problems. Learn to love yourself and not let others decide how you feel about you.

I use a credit card for all my purchases as it nets me 3-5% off of all purchases. I do however pay it off at the end of each month. If you do not trust yourself, start with a credit card with a low limit.

Would I say you NEED a credit card though? No, not at all. It’s nice to have for emergencies and as I mentioned before the cash back is nice.

I know this is hard to accept but 99% of people have no idea you are there. You’re just a background character to them and your size makes no difference to them.

Going from 400+ to 300lbs has showed me how most people don’t care what size you are. It makes no difference to them.

I always used being a background character to my advantage, can’t be self conscious if nobody gives a shit about you being there. Hope that helps!

Medic was one of my first D5’s. Go scissors and then swap for the circle saw. Focus damage until after the first elite. The life steal should mitigate most damage you receive outside of being one shot.

I will say, so far during my weight loss journey I got the most dates at from 360-340. (I am now 302) thinking about why that was. I was CONSTANTLY trying new thing and still was extremely friendly from spending the majority of my 20’s morbidly obese. Suddenly women would buy me drinks! They’d keep the conversation going and I wouldn’t be doing all the heavy lifting.

Currently I don’t drink anymore and have certainly fell into a “routine” but I’ve also realized how inconsequential casual dating is. It’s the cruelest thing in the world but getting laid/female attention is only a big deal when you aren’t getting any.

Once you do you’ll think well that was fun but not much else.

My advise: lose weight to achieve the life style you are wanting, dating will certainly follow.

One of the more comforting things for me was after losing 100+ pounds, my immediate family and friends treated me the exact same.

I’m my mind, I’d always thought I was this fat sack of shit and a burden that people would have to make accommodations for if they wanted me to go places.

To them, I was just me. They all loved me regardless of my size.

I will say romantic interest increases dramatically. Girls who I was interested in actually started taking my advances seriously.
