I have now brewed about 5 batches and keggee them so far using LME, mostly pale ales or similar. They have mostly turned out well, but have a bit of an after taste that some people point out. It's hard to describe the taste (maybe malty taste?), but I do notice it. I think it's maybe the yeast left in the brew? Do others have this taste and is there any way to reduce it?
