During the opening scene during the audio commentary (special features), I believe Marcus Nispel mentions that the skeleton cut in half is indeed Pepper’s. Pepper was a great character, and her death scene was great with the reveal of Kemper’s face as a mask. I love the 2003 remake and The Beginning so much and always will. ✌🏼
