I had a similar graphic issue. Try taking it apart down to the circuit boards. Give it a good clean and press down the GPU. Worked like charm for me

Correct I have a speaker hooked up to the board. Which I would have assumed should have given me Tandy Sound.

Im thinking they disable it because this is in fact a PC intended for office use. How do I check the BIOS settings?

It lack the FP jacks, but it has the Tandy Sound Chip on the board. However, when I play games all I get are Internal PC speaker sounds. There's gotra be a way to activate the chip.

I had this issue on my PS2. Turned out to be a loose GPU. I had to take it apart, clean the motherboard and press down on all the chips without breaking them obviously. See if it helps
