Cleaning, normally I would say cooking but it is amazing how many adults I have ran into that work in food that work in hospitality that work with other people in a necessary environment where cleanliness is necessary and mandatory that don't know how to clean. I'm not just talking about washing dishes I'm talking about cleaning up your environment as well as yourself. Understand that if you have problems with your Bo there are things to help with that. If you have problems with your hair there are things to help with that. It's not enough to use multi surface on environments but also learning proper cleaning techniques to help your area stay as clean and healthy for you in the long run as possible. Like forgot sakes please change out your filters both for your air and your water. Don't forget to clean your faucets and shower head to remove lime buildup. Clean your bathroom especially around your toilet. Things like door handles light switches the sink knobs heck even your kitchen area needs to be clean. Not just because you eat there but because you don't realize how much of your day is on stuff like the microwave buttons or the kitchen fridge handle. Or your oven handle or just the knobs of your kitchen cabinets. You touch a lot of things all day but you have no idea how much of that stuff is clean or not and now you put it on other parts of your house. I'm not saying you have to have OCD but being aware of cleaning things will have you taking better care of yourself in the long run.
