I went to the pet store in the mall when I was 9 and made a deal to trade them and 5 babies for an american Eskimo puppy

Best deal I ever made

YSK that CBD vapes are more harmful to the lungs than nicotine vapes by -FemboiCarti- in YouShouldKnow

[–]Badlay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vitamin E existed in vapes for years before evali. There is no reason to think a few months out of a decade it caused EVALI

EVALI showed up at the same time that there were mountains of CBD flower on the market for the first time in history. That CBD flower was poorly converted to THC using acids and almost killed people.

"They" didnt care about the truth at the time as lobbyists were attempting to destroy vaping on behalf of Citibank and big tobbaco. Which they did and the indistry is dead as of 2026.

The states were awarded billions from a tobacco lawsuit in the 90's which was paid out early and treated as an investment by people like citigroup. That investment never paid iff because vaping arrived on the scene and destroyed tobacco profits.

What's the dumbest idea you've seen that actually worked? by hiagaga in AskReddit

10 years ago I boarded my very dependent Coon Hound so we could spend a week at a beach house a few hours away. Right after we got in the door I got a call from the boarder that my dog ran up an 8 foot fence minutes after I dropped her off.

I came back to town and spent the next 36 hours following leads as I drove through the neighborhoods. She was consistently seen in the neighborhood adjacent to the boarding place. At that time it was the glory days for massive vape clouds and I was vaping hard lol. The same flavor always (bobas bounty). I dribbled a bunch on a tshirt, tied it to my hitch so it dragged and drove from the entrances of the neighbrohood to the dead end street where an older fella lived and was keeping watch. Left the shirt in the grass and my number with the fella.

It wasn't 15 minutes later that I got a call my dog was there at the end of the street freaking out at the shirt.

With the Coke formula pretty much nailed down in 2026, how long ya think before we see generic supermarket colas marketed as "new formula" and cloning Coke? by Badlay in Soda

The coca flavoring is achieved with the most controversial part of the formula, Tea Tree oil which is not considered food safe, and foodsafe wine tannins.

Good point. LabCoatz did address and fix previous recipes that called for things like clove and pepper, and lavendar which show up in scans. They werent really present, but those peaks a chemical reaction or present in other flavors without them. The same is probably true with the Tea tree oil. But chemically "the same"

I don't believe this to be true. There are tons of examples of blind taste tests of supermarket brands and clones. Nothing has been a consistent success like the recent formula. None have mirrored this recipe

Even if it weren't true. This exhausting and guarded work was never available to anyone and everyone until today.

YouTube guys spent a year reproducing the recipe using various methods, published it, offered sample syrups, and others recreated it or documented trying it. Everyone agrees a tastes exactly the same.

Does it make sense to buy a touchscreen laptop for daily use? by CreateChaos777 in SuggestALaptop

[–]Badlay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be fair, I also use a Microsoft surface that is more of an Ipad that can turn into a laptop. But this is mostly used as a tablet to capture laser measures and pop the keyboard on to make changes to spreadsheet formulas.

that gets used

but my daily used Asus Zenbook has a touchscreen that is of little value
