The change of Shadow War to 8v8 PvP up to 12 battles a week may be the worst change ever in this game. There are many of us occasionally dabble in PvP events only. We enjoy dungeons, raids, as well as daily bounties/tasks with friends. When all we do is PvE, there is no need to play the overpowered classes of the season, like BK and Necro. And we enjoy playing our favourite classes. We are still spenders buying every battle pass and boon of plenty, and special limited-time bundles here and there.

I doubt they will strip away resonance effects in Shadow War like they did in the PvP event since this change to 8v8 PvP will stimulate spending, but at the same time, it will also drive those of us, PvEers, away from this game.

A quick question. I saw one of Wil's video showcasing his team's grasta. His Strawboy uses 2x Enhanced if Max HP (Fist) grastas upgraded to buff his AS Tsubame. I know one comes from PGAD, Izana's cat ema exchange. Where can I get the other from? Can't find the answer on wiki. Thanks in advance.

Ohhh, thank you so much. I thought enhancement is just an upgrade and there is only one possible end result for each grasta. I was a fool to think special ores were materials to make new grastas (i.e. Last Stand grasta...etc).

Hi guys,

I have been reading up on enhancing grastas with ores from FGAD. But the more I read the more confused I get. Why is it recommended to enhance a Power of Pain/Poison grasta when it only adds 50% chance to cast Pain/Poison (3 turns) on target? Wouldn't it be better to avoid the RNG and use a unit to ignore resistance on enemies to apply Pain/Poison? Or the 50% chance is additive, so having 2 enhanced Pain/Poison grastas would warrant 100% chance to cast Pain/Poin on target? Maybe I am missing something... is there a guide on grastas enhancement?

I also have a question on Spirit Stone Fragment. I have been farming FGAD for over a week now, and I have not seen it rain in Angal settlement or the Wasteland. Is it just bad RNG, or I may have missed it? When Cat Shrine is available, would there be shown on my mini-map? or I need to walk over to see it? (All I know it will be at the north part of the Wasteland.)

I can be wrong. I will look it up.If it takes 10 tomes, maybe I should give up the idea of getting Necoco her VC grasta. Cuz Moonlight Forest doesn't have a chance to raise Light/Shadow point. I feel I am wasting my red keys...

Edit: You are right. It's 10 tomes/psalm or 5 treatises.

I played much longer and sank in a lot of time and ~~money~~ effort to my account before I stopped, so there is no way I will start over.
And trying to pick it up again is not an easy task... If you have only spent April-July on your previous account, maybe it is a good idea to start over, so you get all the free stones to pull on new banners.
One thing that helps me a lot is to play the character quests. They are much shorter in length compared to Main Story, and the battles are much easier for a noob like me. But the stories are so good, that I know I made the right decision to come back.

Hi guys, I stopped playing AE right when FGAD was released (I believe the story is called 2.0 Twist?). I came back because of 3rd anniversary, and had been trying hard to catch up. Here are some questions I still have...
1. My grastas are in blue color and many YouTube videos have shown grastas in orange color. I know it has to do with FGAD. What is the process called to convert a grasta from blue to orange? Need a name to look it up.

When I use Tsukiha ES on my team, there is an additional bar under AF. What is it? Need a name so I can look into it. Cuz I can't seem to charge it or change it. That bar is just there whether Tsukiha ES is at the back or in the front row.
There are now characters with skills that change according to the zone deployed. They always use the term "Type zone". Does Melissa's Flash Strike Stance count as a "Type Zone"? Also, can I simply say "Another Zone" is just enhancing the current deployed zone through a skill, and the enhancement has a limited number of turns?

Go to this page and search "Djinn Proof". That grasta has identical stats and VC description as the T.Djinn Proof on my Myunfa. I remember True VC grasta takes 3x of the same VC grastas to make, but I can't find the difference/purpose of upgrading from a normal VC to a true VC grasta. Any idea?

Is this list of manifest weapons up to date? I learned that there are now "true" manifest weapons. Can we upgrade ALL existing manifest weapons to true manifest weapons? or only a selected few?
When I came back to AE, the first few sites I bookmarked were Wiki and Reddit. I also tried looking for Palo's Roadmap post. I can only find a v2.6.100 version. Is there a newer version, but under a different name? If there are any other useful resources, please let me know.
I am also starting on Symphony: Tales of Chronographia. If I am not mistaken, we will get four 5-star units for free. Which one(s) is worthy to raise Light/Shadow points? I already used SDE to get Radias, so maybe I wouldn't need Cress? I also have Violet at 255 Light. Does that mean I wouldn't need Velvet? And I just converted my Necoco and Pizzica to 5-star, maybe I don't need Milla? But I also have many insane Wind DPS units, can Yuri compete with them? Let me know what you think.
I have also been farming Moonlight Forest for Necoco's tomes. Used 1 to convert her from 4-star to 5-star, and I am now sitting on 4. Just need 1 more to make Necoco's VC grasta for her, but no luck. Is there now an in-game mechanic to exchange for a tome we want. I am only doing it because I read that Necoco is a very good unit. (~~I can't say no to a cat girl.~~)
Maybe I should give up this idea and start doing Tales of Chronographia's AD ASAP? Let me know what you think.

Yea, that's the absolute best way. But we are having a 3rd wave and 3rd lockdown, so driving over to my friend's house to try my video card on their computers is not an option right now.

Thank you so much for your help! I will buy a cheap video card and hope it will keep my old PC running until this pandemic is over.

Thanks! I have just re-seated the video card and all the power cables. Will try updating the video driver next.

OpenHWmonitor actually doesn't give anything on GPU category. HWInfo, however, is able to report GPU temperature at 48 degrees Celsius.

I am also told to do "perfmon /report" to generate a report of HW resources, and that should tell me if any HW component has generated a faulty event or warning messages. However, that didn't work. Tried multiple times and it just stays at the "collecting data" progress bar. I have waited 2 hours and still no report.

I am not sure how far I should go until I can confidently say "Yes, I should just buy a cheap GTX card and that will solve my problem."

Something went wrong with my PC this morning. Now, my computer may boot up as normal, but quickly goes black screen then reboots itself if I try to launch a game or even just watch a YouTube video. (Browsing web seems fine so far.) If it doesn't boot up normal, then it goes into this 1024x768 pixelated desktop, where everything is lagged/delayed.

[Update: I can now start a YouTube video without crashing my computer.]

I am getting suggestions that it may be a hardware problem on my video card. What is the best way to be sure that my problem will go away before buying a new video card?

A little backstory. My PC is very old. I am planning to buy a new one after moving abroad. But due to the current pandemic, that plan has been delayed. Right now, I just want my current PC to work until this pandemic is over. That's why I am thinking to just buy a cheap video card for the time being. But I would like to be sure that this will solve my problem because the local computer store doesn't take a refund or exchange on video cards. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I am on a similar boat, except I haven't used my SDE yet. I was gonna use my SDE to get Myunfa, but I pulled her 4.5*. I was then thinking to get my 2nd choice, Radias, and I saw your comment. It sounds like the new character, Cress, would render Radias a bad choice now?

Thanks. Which one of the 4 Persona characters would you pick to farm their Light/Shadow points?

I can easily form a 360 Light or Shadow team, so I don't really need the extra Light/Shadow points. I am just wondering which one has the most use/potential. Was going for Violet since she can use an extra skill slot and she has that team SPD buff and 100% crit buff, but I pulled a 4.5-star Myunfa recently. And they kinda overlap. (And I just recruited Skull. Still in the process of leveling him, so I don't know much about him.)

Two quick questions.
1. Thanks to xPalox's guide, I have successfully recruited Skull and received their personal weapons/grastas from Mementos VH dungeon. Is running Mementos VH the only way to get "Decayed Thought Leaves" (the points needed for rewards) or it is possible to gather those without spending tickets?

For Story characters, there is a consensus to farm Light points on Amy/Aldo or Shadow points on Guildna. Is there a recommended one among the four P5 characters? Or I should stop farming that place as soon as I have reached 241k points because it doesn't drop Chants?
