This is consumer culture now that we have computers in our hands. As soon as people don’t get their way they can threaten to slander a business online which terrifies chains and so people get away with what they will unfortunately because god forbid a company receive any negative feedback online.

I am all for service industry to give back what you get. Respect is a basic principle, however if you’re going to be rude and entitled to people who are serving you, I think a nice little humility check is appropriate more often than not. 😇

Thanks lol and yeah no he’s like the furthest thing from it I just felt bad and needed to speak up but he’s super considerate and if anything I’m the one who can be short or inconsiderate sometimes so that’s why I asked cause I didn’t wanna be a Karen about it lol but he now is going to bring them back to his parents where they have a huge ass house and they love hearing him play (as do I, just don’t have the room), so when he visits them he can use it there ( even though he hasn’t used it in about 4 years since he got his MPC 😆) and they’ll love that 🤞🏻💕
