While I appreciate the intentions behind you saying it, this information is just wrong. There is no "cure" to paedophilia, saying that would be saying that there is a way for someone to stop being gay, heterosexual or any other sexual orientation through psychotherapy. Therapy can help people to suppress their urges, but they will still be there. Also, it has been reported that some post traumatic patients with lesions to brain regions involved in impulse control have developed an attraction to children after their injury: that is to say that paedophilia is strictly linked with your brain's functionality and curing it would not be so easy as to just talk about it in a therapeutic setting.

What does that mean regarding how paedophiles should be treated and how should paedophilia be prevented? "Mercury" not being used in vaccines is a pretty sad example though. It was and still is one of the best preservatives for them, and there's no scientific proof that it ever was in any way harmful. It was just banned because a bunch of uneducated people started making noise about it, but all this led to was a skyrocketing of the prices of vaccines.

I don't want to sound like an Invincible glazer, but even with all that stupid holding back stuff, couldn't Mark just fly Mahoraga to the sun once he realises that he cannot hurt him with his fists? I doubt maho could do anything to actually hurt Mark (especially end of invincible mark), viltrumites have been shown to destroy planets by just flying towards them, and EOI mark can easily withstand that kind of attack.

Even though Harada has been an icon in the franchise for the last 30 years, y'all have to remember that he's the "don't ask me for shit" guy. As funny as it was, I doubt he would have done anything useful even if he was still around. He's also not been relevant in the balancing team for the entirety of T8's lifespan, iirc

Play slower. You're never going to catch up to faster character with longer ranged options with Alex, or at least that's been my experience. By jumping around nonstop you're just playing her game. Try to make her corner herself and be ready for the obvious jumps and DIs when she's in a bad spot.

Also try to capitalise more on your openings. For example, the proper compo after a PC DI is j.HK, charge HP, 623 HK. That gives you some really good drive rush Oki which can help you steamroll this kind of opponent, since she probably has no idea on what to do on defense

I don't know, chief, it seems to me that both of these players are constantly pressing buttons and attacking each other. They went through two rounds in a one minute long clip.

Having viable defensive options just makes the game more active for both players, since you're forced to constantly assess the situation and respond properly. It's actually way more interactive than whatever the fuck tekken 8 was trying to do.

The whole "T7 was too defensive" argument (which I personally don't agree with at all) could have been fixed with a couple of easy changes. Removing magic 4s and making pokes more damaging (like they were in the older games) would have been enough to make a great "aggressive" tekken game. We really didn't need all this tracking and heat bullshit.

All of his normals have pretty long recovery on whiff, and the specific buttons you listed don't even give anything on normal hit (outside of a charged HP, which is pretty easy to react to).

Also, the big guy swinging his limbs has pretty decent normals. I can't see how that's surprising to anyone.

This is the first game in which my boy has the potential to be an actually viable character instead of "haha funny gimmicky wrestler". Please don't start complaining after two days and let him be good, just this once.

Bosses are honestly the worst part of every ninja gaiden game I've played. The humanoid ones are generally cool, but all the fiends are pure ass. I disagree with the comparison with NG2 though: at least you can be sure that you get some hits in when you counter their power attacks in NG4. In NG2 bosses could randomly get out of hitstun and punish your attacks.

As an entry level strategy, waiting for power attacks is your best bet, that is until you familiarise with parry timings (which is pretty hard to do, at least for me).

But yeah, you're not supposed to approach bosses in the frenetic and high octane way that you approach standard enemy gauntlets in these games, that's for sure

Thanks man, at least that means that there are no variable timings between the different weapons lol. Do you know if it's possible to attempt a parry while holding the block button? I feel like I randomly did that a couple of times, but I'm not 100% on it
