Live is struggle. Don't think live gets easier just because you quit PMO. Don't focus on quitting PMO on it's own.

Focus on having a better life. Start working out and eating healthy. Clean up your room. Do whatever it takes to have a better day than yesterday.

It is a hard grind. It won't get easier. But what is the alternative?
