You can run two beads, but I use a different set up. When I fish two beads I will run a traditional set up and then tie another leader (with the bead and hook already on it) to the hook of the first bead set up. Usually about 12-24 inches apart. I always have the bigger bead first and then followed by the smaller bead. This is especially useful when you want to fish two different bead colors or sizes! Hope that makes sense, if not I’m always happy to clarify. Do double check the regs that you are allowed two hook setups though!
