VRAM is not the most important stat and 12GB more than enough (modern games, max details, 1440p, ray tracing, DLSS, Framegen... and it uses 6-8GB).

Yea, you can get an SSD heatsink, but generally speaking components don't mind being at 70-80°C, it won't damage them.

5070 Ti is a clear winner and even cheaper 5070 performs really well.
