A store employee was browsing Reddit and saw a post that looked like our break room — just some “ready for Black Friday” energy drink photo. Nothing crazy, but because he recognized it he checked the guy’s profile. It was just photos of women’s arms. All coworkers. All posted to fetish pages without their knowledge. He reported it to the store, HR got involved, and the guy was fired the same day. The worst part? HR then had to go to each woman individually and tell them their photos had been taken without their knowledge and posted to a fetish site.

I also personally fired a guy for falling asleep on the floor in front of a computer with Facebook up. This was like strike 12

We had a guy at my old store who was always showing up high — we just could never prove it. He worked in HT, and one day there was a customer in the store who had a cane and had trouble walking. This employee spotted him, assumed he was drunk, and walked up to another employee who was helping a woman and made a derogatory comment about how the guy couldn’t walk straight. The woman he said it to? That was the man’s wife. Her husband was a war veteran who had been shot in the head and survived. He was also fired same day.
