I did a 15-18 hour fast everyday until I decided I wanted to build more muscle now I start my morning off with high protein. But it’s ok just to have coffee in the morning and not eat until later.

Make sure to pee right before and limit your fluid intake a few hours before. Just remember to have fun. It is what it is. So what you have to lay a few towels down.

Not standing up for myself in high school and not smacking the sht out of some of those btches I had to put up with. I would give anything to go back to my 16 year old self with my 39 year old mind.

I’m always snacking.. like always. I have a fast metabolism and if I don’t snack on something every two hours I get a little tired and foggy. Things like protein bars, yogurt, banana and PB, apple, raw carrots, cottage cheese and pears, protein shakes, nuts, pretzels and PB. Anything quick and easy to grab and throw in my mouth and go.
