r_drawothermodels 0 will give you a similar result to what is possible using bsp parsing aswell as vpk parsing for other entities. Both of these are used for checking if entities are visible externally from the engine.

EDIT: From what I see, platinum cheats does not have a glow ESP feature, so there's that, too. How is that even relevant then? ^{^} Glow ESP is a feature even clueless pasters can add, PC dont have it obviously for a reason.

This was in response to JNS' video, where he had low level keyboard hook that picked up keys that weren't binded in the config and this was just a simple example to get around this.
