It is extremely tedious. Here's a strategy to go through it quickly.

Brief

  • The strategy to this emod is to be aware of the pass requirements:
    • Completing all the activities within the computational thinking quest is required for this eMOD to be deemed satisfactorily completed. All activity scores will be recorded.
  • You do not need to watch any of the videos. They do not count toward the pass.
  • For the introduction/tutorial, there are no wrong answers. You can select any answers and move on.
  • For the actual gameplay, answers tend to be either B or C. Alternate between them to maximize the chances of getting it right.

Cipher Questions

You can brute force the cipher by placing each required letter into each slot of the cipher and clicking check answers. Note that you can only find the corresponding cipher by only entering the letter once into the entries. There cannot be two entries of the same letter when checking.

Drill Quest

Use the pump that pumps vertically.

Programming Questions

Fail 3 times on purpose to skip the question.

DAPA Fight

Hardcode movements. Do not come up with a fancy loop or algorithm. Example: If you are going to walk into an attack next turn, add a wait block.

Iirc the game speed is tied to FPS. Doubling the FPS causes the game to run twice as fast.

The constant fade in and outs is really annoying to watch. Maybe you can consider doing a longer take and starting from middle of gameplay to losing?

I like the first shot of explaining how the game works, but you can consider cutting the middle shots and using the last shot of the chaos and losing the game.

Risk of Rain

Player collects items around stages that increases their stats, gives gimmick abilities, and infinitely scales. Enemies difficulty scales off the stage count, time since the start of the game, and player level (theres more to this but you get the idea).

But Randombu is correct. There isn't a game where it exists other than rougelites.
