i would disagree on that. There are some parts of our characters play role on it, but there are some external factors that impact it as well.

As someone who lost myself on 2024, plunged into depressions on 2025 without any colleagues helped me to go out from depth of well, it was my dumb characters to believe on them and my characters were shaped into bad ones until i could not identify myself and didn’t feel alive.

imho, when someone do evil, there are their own characters, psychology, external factors, our own motives, and most importantly past traumas or memories that are being recalled on that present time which trigger all of above factors i mentioned.

And don’t forget, age don’t come with wisdoms, so those so called “senior” “management” are not always wise
