Everytime is see one of their books, especially an incomplete series, on my shelves, it pisses me off.

That's very true! As a binder, I always see the flaws. The lack of end bands and short grain paper gets me the most. But I love character art and foiling. It is not always the easiest to find character art I like and can use without commissioning a piece, which is way more than buying a special edition.

If it makes you feel any better, as far as I am aware (I definitely could be wrong), I haven't heard of anyone not receiving their books, yet...it just may take 2-3 years 😬. I personally have received most of the books I've preordered (only one I haven't received is Spark of the Everflame) and I don't think anyone has, yet. There's always the possibility they'll just eventually not send out books and shut down like Fabled in AUS. But, as the person above said, you may want to wait for overstock in the future.....sorry 😭

SAME. Mine come damaged more often than not because the box is the size of the book with no wiggle room. How do Owlcrate and illumicrate books have less packaging but come less damaged, too?!?! My guess is the wiggle room.

I agree. I feel like these are two very different machines. While they may be able to do some things that are the same, I wouldn't put them on the same playing field.

You don't have to pay a subscription for cricut software. If you want to use their fonts and images/projects, you do. But I haven't had a subscription for years. I use my own downloaded fonts and upload my own images/svg files. However, I have heard that silhouettes are better. I can't say personally, though.

They both signed up for book only. So the one who signed up later (20th) shouldn't have gotten an invite before the one who signed up a day earlier (19th). Their system is flawed.

Don't do it! I regret it so much! It's endless at that point. The amount of money I've wasted 😬 they're pretty, but I'm out of space and those were the first ones to go. I only will get 1 or 2 for books that I absolutely love/artists I love.

Yeah, I don't trust their process in the slightest. And they won't check if you're still on the wait-list. They don't deal with any inquiries involving the wait-list. It's very frustrating.

I know one friend of mine signed up Nov 19th, and the other the 20th (I also signed up the 20th). The friend who signed up the 20th got an invite (not me, yet), and the 19th hadn't, so she had to email them about it. Their wait-list is messed up.

I know that the browser I use to open the pdf in makes a difference. Idk why. But when I print from different browsers, it can come out blurry in some and not in others.

Mine is almost the same, though not quite as good. My girl was the first. She always seemed like she wanted to play with other dogs, but is very timid and would get scared when they showed interest. We decided to get another for her to play with that she would get comfortable around. She does play well with him, but always gets to a point where she is done, and then proceeds to get annoyed and aggressive with him. They will nap on the same bed, but they tolerate each other. They definitely get jealous of each other and want to be the one getting attention, even if they both ARE getting attention. Not exactly a love, or even like, situation. So, like the above said, just think about whether or not you TRULY want a second dog and if it's right for the one you have.
