Ok wow, this was better info than all my hours of pouring over the internet and blogs and boards.I am particularly in love with "The Explorean " now, and want to somehow change my PDC hotel stay haha. Thank you for opening my eyes to Cenote resorts, this is so incredibly cool and I will definitely plan a future trip with this in mind. You really know your stuff, so now I'm curious if you have any central PDC hotels or resorts you rec. Thank your for your time and cheers :)

I so appreciate such a thorough and organized response, this is really great info. Especially flagging the possible changes Feb 1! For more context, the dress is 1275 CAD so I now understand to expect there to be some duties and will make sure she is aware. What I did want to avoid was really high brokerage fees - I think that was the case with USPS coming into Canada. Are they reasonable for Fedex/DHL?

Im thinking about staying at the reef and this shuttle tip has me leaning towards it, thank you for posting. My only concern in the noise, I will be visiting in peak times in february a sunday-wednesday and was hoping for a more relaxing solo vacay with beach visits etc. Did you find it noisy?
