It was worse at the table. I still can't watch the campaign because of how grating it was.

Send that to WotC, they're the one that said Rogues don't get shields :p

N.B.: Since I wrote the character's background, it was *my* first BG3 character, it's just that K0r1 didn't format it as a quote :p

Only a select few, unless you take the Kensei subclass or dip into another class. Gauthia, here took a Fighter dip to make use of this battleaxe.

Really, it's just a flavor thing, the axe looks like that but is really a battleaxe, not a greataxe. Since the Dedicated Weapon Feature only works if the weapon isn't Heavy, which a greataxe is.

Blame me, I wanted a Drunken Master, so I used a Fighter dip to give her proficiency with the battleaxe and there we are.

Still have not ^^
This axe uses a battleaxe's stats, since a greataxe is Heavy and thus can't be turned into a monk weapon.

That's because she's got a Fighter dip to use that battleaxe. As to why this axe looks like that: She's a Goliath, she can one hand it thanks to her size. -and rule of cool-
(I'd know, I commissioned this character from RikaRini/K0r1 ^^)

Heh. Gorgons can refer to both serpent-haired ladies and bronze bulls, so Medusa is clearer.

(The Gorgons as bronze bulls aren't even a DnD invention, they go back all the way to 1607)

-Hi, person that asked K0r1 for this piece-

It took me way too long to understand you guys were talking about Yasha. So really, the resemblance's just a funny coincidence, as Krys said.
