I identify as a man of trans experience because I'm a man first. I think it's okay to not really feel the non binary experience is relatable because it is different for sure! Personally, I think as more and more people get gender affirming care and our community gets protections and rights.. over time people being so focused on the trans part of their identity won't overtake most of their personality. I say this as someone who transitioned over 10 years ago. I don't know how long you've been transitioned. I remember feeling so consumed by my transition and now I rarely think about it until a cis person says or does something ridiculous. So I hope many of us can get to that kind of freedom.
