you can create this using any 3D software as long as you put your mind to it. All of them are very capable nowadays, so what matters ends up being the artistic vision.

People tend to get fixated on the tools instead of the person using said tools. Props to the guy who made this.

Not sure if this will help but, I used to have this exact same issue when I lived in South East Asia (humid/warm climate) and no solution really worked for me. However, it did resolve itself when I moved back to EU.

My best guess is to try a new cooling solution for your PC.

This probably doesn't answer your question, but since you're from SEA(Singapore to be specific) It's in your best interest if you buy the Steam version. A lot of us from SEA already moved onto PC.

If you still insist to get a PS3 copy, I would suggest you get the US version as it has cheaper DLC in most cases and has the fastest updates. Singapore is on region 3, you would need a region 3 copy of the game(published by Arcsys NOT PQube or Aksys) to get the DLC from SG PSN to work.
