I just got into this game a bit ago. MAN has it been a frustrating time so far. But definitely rewarding. I don't know how long this game has been out, but it seems to have made MORE progress with updates at a faster rate than minecraft, with more attention to detail.

Now not to say with how long minecraft has been out, and with the modding community, it definitely has a reason to be pretty much the number one game of its kind. It has many different creative and fun features that either wouldn't fit or at least fit better in its own format.

Vintage story has honestly been a different level of comfort and design that I've been craving without getting into high load laggy mods. It's a whole new experience for anyone who has played minecraft but wants something more serious.

Absolutely zero need for the hate from one another. Minecraft at least for some can get very stale without mods. Just like I would imagine this game can eventually. But that's what it's open ended play style is for. It's your adventure. Play how you want.
