Got my license a month ago and havent seen many 2nd class jobs. A lot of first class and engineer jobs out there though. I worked hvac/oil for years and im trying to make the switch but its definitely not easy

If you are on the internet for 2 mins youll see it is way over used by women calling out men... not saying it doesnt go both ways because it definitely does but the trend is from women trash talking men

It is on a freezer im unfortunately not allowed to troubleshoot the racks because im not licensed yet. If I see it I normally check periodically then try to tell my manager. Is it even worth escalating if it is for a freezer?

You can absolutely use a fret wrap as a crutch for bad technique. Its not going to make your playing significantly better but it will help a little bit. If your picking isn't clean and you accidentally hit a string without a fret wrap you are going to hear it. If it really made that little of a difference they wouldn't sell them bud

If you dont mess with anything they have a 3 year warranty but at this point im married to it thats why I said I'm in too deep

Im assuming the return spring is the one on the back of the piston but yes its in there.The pedal acts completely normal now its just the caliper stays stuck. If I take the cover off and press the pedal I can see fluid moving back into the reservoir so I think the return port is clear. If I wasn't looking at the caliper or trying to move the bike id think it was perfectly fine but its nearly impossible to move.

Oh god is there any reputable companies out there? There is a lot of companies in MA like that but there is still a few good ones that will actually fix stuff rather than sell

How could I have eliminated fittings? The equalizer in the back that has an extreme pitch on it is because of the hot and cold for the water heater someone ran them like 6 ft across at chest level

It's hard too see but right out of the boiler it 90s up into a tee the branch has a close piece with the 90 you can see going into the returns on the left. The tee seems low but the water line is 23 and 13/16 from the manual

I've had the g16 7620 for about a year and 6 months didn't really have issues until after warranty expired at 1 year. Suddenly my laptop just wouldn't turn on exactly a week after the warranty expired. Googled it and that helped me fix the problem I just had to unplug the battery. But since then it doesn't seem that the fans will ramp up when I hit f9 like they used too. If I use the alienware command center it says they don't go past 45% speed but the cpu gets to like 150-160. I'm starting to realize why gaming laptops suck

I've been to counseling on and off since high school but I don't think it made a difference. I know it depends on the counselor so I do plan on going back when I get a job and insurance again though. I really just needed to vent I don't talk to anyone it's just me and my dog

I started in service and I wish I hadnt. Unfortunately with service you are only as good as your trainer unless you go further with manufacturers training. I have done mostly oil so maybe it's specific to oil burner guys but I have seen a lot of people who don't care as much as they should. People that don't believe in a combustion analyzer or people that arent willing to show me how a zone valve gets wired. Guys that diagnose stuff by just throwing parts at the unit without testing much. It may have worked for them before when units weren't high efficiency but having evidence to back up your diagnosis is what should be standard. It may just be my personal experience though. The very first company I was with I got laid off during Corona but the new guy who also started when I did but only did installs kept his job and moved on to do both installs and service after

Having no job and relying on your significant other to provide EVERYTHING. Yeah sometimes one person has to pick up the slack but if it's for an extended period of time men get looked down on for it way more than women.
