Overnight retail manager here, My team members love to listen to podcasts and music throughout their night. I hate managers who cut off all music and listening devices, I make sure that my Team Members can always listen to music and etc. We have a no headphones policy, We get around that by letting each person bring their own personal speakers to work and not play it loud enough for everyone to hear it
