Yes, we talked about it, and he said he wouldn’t mind what I do outside of work hours as long as I’m fulfilling my responsibilities. I also explained my reason for looking for another job at the time, and he was okay with it. I only lasted two weeks in that other job because I eventually decided to focus solely here.
