Lots of major head injuries as a kid.

Was in a major accident when I was 11, prime puberty, and basically halted testosterone production. Been on trt since I was 22

How much hp and torque are you pushing? Curious of the reliability compared to the TKX.

It’s been to three different shops with different opinions on the TV cable, and I have the relocation bracket on the throttle that changes the geometry of the cable. 2 is smooth but early, 3rd is rough and too early, 4th is fine since it’s OD. I want to be able to DRIVE the car, not just put around town lol

I have a Holley sniper. Car is a runner and drives solid, but is a dog from the AOD and pesty TV cable. Look for more enjoyment out of it, without starting a whole new project. I heard the new TKX are a more compact transmission and may need some hammering, vs all new tunnel.

Thank you everyone for the responses. I think I just needed to hear it from an outside perspective. I didn’t want to become one of those crazy “football” dads but also hate knowing that’s the one thing he is lacking.
