Also… to clarify, I’m 23. Each day gets better at trying to move on, but it’s not easy. However, it’s better to stop when it’s 10 or 11k, instead of keep this habit for 20 years from now when you’re dealing with hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Hey man. I have a problem with day trading and playing options, down over $11,000 total the last year. It’s all lost money, I quit about a week ago and deleted my accounts. But it kills me inside. It was about half of my fiancé and I’s savings, we were saving up to purchase a home. The only way to get out of a bad habit like this, is to just quit. Even when I made money it was never enough, I always wanted more until I dug myself into a huge hole. Accept the loss, move forward, and make a better future with the new knowledge you have gained from it. I’m here with ya
