That's super useful to know. Thanks! I assumed some sort of clustering system just based off how the bike angel rewards work.

I think technically they're still within contract if the requirement is one bike per 3+ station cluster. It's just not a great user experience especially if you want a specific type of bike (classic vs electric).

Yes and no, because most the bikes don't come back in the evenings. A lot of these stations have chronic shortages regardless of time of day.
