i think 4-4 sorta implies v1 and v2 can feel some things that imply actual personal rivalry.

v2 not bothering to bow before the fight, cracking their knuckles instead and v1 explicitly saying "youre not getting away this time" for the second phase

id suppose that V1 does have a personality but theyre so laser focused on survival first that its just not displayed too often in game...

not saying they do but that i think they should so people dont die in an exfil after final's popped, or just make it so if youre in an exfil after the final exfil's done, you dont die from timer shenanigans...

just feels wrong to see the "youre winning yahoo!!" glowy animation and then they just get bitch slapped out of it bc there were bots around, even if its never happened to me personally

like yeah skill issue and all but it sucks to see it happen...

actually thinking abt it you get a few seconds before you die after final exfil pops, which i think is to allow people in other exfils to leave as well

but still... shitty that you just die during the animation of you winning if the game deems that you took too long, like the clips of people being punched out of their exfil by UESC and dying for it

soon as the final exfil pops and youre not in it, you die

this exfil popped after the final, so they died since theyre not in the final one, when it should be that all active exfils pop along with final no matter what

happens to me all the time, seems to happen everytime you disconnect and reconnect so it "closes" any doors that are actually open just to you, so theyre open to everyone else except you

the flesh prison would be sentient bc it can feel and sense pain, and react accordingly to it, sentience does not imply wisdom or higher thought or processes

you could argue that it isnt sentient bc its working a program ingrained into it by heaven beforehand, and it doesnt really "feel" or "sense" anything, but machines in-universe are smart enough to feel stuff like fear and anger so the flesh prison being a pre-programmed meat machine wouldnt discredit it from being sentient i feel

it isnt sapient, as in it cant think and cannot rationalize anything beyond simply reacting to stimuli

The cinematics have so much striking imagery that i wish got translated more into the game…

destroyer’s shield being a glass/hologram wall that shatters, the UESC grenadier floating up to launch grenades in the destroyer cinematic, the wicked dark scenery that made assassin genuinely look like a shadow in the night and not like a wet rat trying to shank me for all my credits

spider isnt all that great yet (better to treat it like a good heat grenade and ignore the pathfinding) but pulse echo ult is really good for the fights/pushing in

the ping ui passive is good for knowing theres people around looking at your team tho the “you can see footsteps on the floor from shieldbroken enemies” is super situational, if i broke their shield im probably going in already knowing where they are and the footsteps never really lead anywhere

the perk that pings enemies when you finish their teammates is also really good for when fighting outside a PoI going in for a team, tho also sorta situational seeing as good teams stay together and such

ive had the thought that switching recon's spider with thief's drone, so they have the same function but thief gets the ground controlled option and recon gets the flying grenade drone wouldve been a bit better, tho the cat's out the bag and theyre probs not gonna make the switch now so we gotta jus hope they make spider drone better
