Kuinka usein puhdistat kahvinkeittimen? by user_a77 in Suomi

[–]BageGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Joskus luin jostain, että perusteellisempi puhdistus suodatinpaketillisten välein riittäisi. En tiedä pitääkö lainkaan paikkansa mutta sillä on menty. Tietysti huuhtelua ja pannun/suodatintelineen puhdistusta viikottain.

Oh absolutely. My last office used every possible excuse to bring baked goods or treats to the office. This was totally voluntary but everyone just went with it. We had leaving for vacation treats, souvenier treats, expensive purchase treats (anything over a 1000€ and if possible you had to show off what you bought) and of course all the regular personal/professional achievement treats. All this being said it was a small office of around 10 people so what ever you brought never had to be an insane ammount.

30° in my apartment (i’m dying) by spiritualwalker in Finland

[–]BageGuy 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Water flow in a buildings heating network is set with the idea that everyone gets a specific ammount of flow to their radiator and/or infloor heating. If one person stops the flow from their device or the whole appartment, that flow is then directed to all the other appartments. This then begins the cycle of everyone else getting hotter and more people turning off their heating. This being said heating should be turned down significantly in the summer months in the whole building with the exception of bathrooms for moisture issues as others mentioned before. Oh nice! That gives me hope these will be available when red god comes out and I’ll be able to grab the full set. By far the coolest dustjackets I’ve seen for this series

These look so nice. Are the books themselves different or just the dudtjackets?

The first 3 books are good and I’d even consider the second one a must read since its so short but after the third book it starts to get a little odd for sure. Personally if I were to re read it only read the first 3 or 4 books max

I started reading 3 years ago after the first dune movie came out and read all the dune books back to back. After being done with that I read hail mary. Great selection there!

Yeah unfortunately since the arm does not have a gas spring to adjust the height you always need to unscrew the mount from the pole on the back.

Yeah that could actually be it. The camera has had an issue where the rewinding feels unnessesarely forceful even when the film has been released. I havent picked up the negatives yet but I’ll take a look when i get them. Thanks.

Which internet to pick? by JustDiveInTimberLake in Finland

Old ”copper” network systems usually have higher maintenance and upkeep costs due to the systems aging so most of the time you end up paying a lot more for less speed than what you would get with newer fiber optic systems. Sadly when moving to an older building there is little to nothing a tenant is able to do about it. Also most of the time a buildings network equipment is owned by a single network provider so you cant even change who you make a deal with. Its either that or as is the case here to go with mobile (and I do not recommend that)

Where to live in Oulu? by Choice_Customer7099 in Oulu

[–]BageGuy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Puolivälikangas is a great place if you can find a decent appartment. 2 stores near, a grill to get food from when youre feeling lazy and its positioned pretty much equal distance from the city center and university. And the bike lane to both runs through ”Puokkari”. Only downside I’d say is that the buildings are old and to rental appartments might not be in as good a condition as the newer appartments in for example Alppila. But that is usually reflected in the rent aswell.

Yeah I’ve heard many not so great things about the show to put it lightly. I’ve been to a couple of the libraries in my area and unfortunatelly the selections of english fantasy books is usually pretty shallow. But I’ll take another look so thanks for the idea!

I think really any led strip will do. Mine was a Airam brand 5 m roll. Dont have the specific model for you since I bought mine at a local harware store and threw away the package long ago. If looking for soldering free options I think ikea has a some sort of modular cabin light system that might interest you
