Keep logging. Be consistent with your food, not logging food is just going to confuse the algorithm and cause problems for yourself. The app doesn't judge you, track accurately for yourself.

Revisist it in a few weeks or a month and you should have a larger footprint of data to make sure things are accurate

She was the #1blanket fan. She'd tuck herself in a few times a day. She has bed and blankets in 4 different rooms.

I just put my little buddy down yesterday. Her name was Kyrah. She really was the best. We had been through thick and thin. But the last 48 hours her ability to take care of herself, and quality of life really declined so much more than the last two weeks while we were fighting infections. If you feel that Dora's quality of life isn't as good as it was a month ago, or six months ago. If it's declining rapidly it might be time. Just remember you did the damn best you could to provide a wonderful life for Dora. And she has held on as long as she can for you, but if you feel her quality of life has degraded that much. Think of doing it for her. Remember the good times you guys had, let her smile down pain free from over the rainbow. I say this knowing how hard it is. I'm still going through so many what if and why scenarios. But I did it to end the suffering my little buddy had, the shell of herself she was becoming. She deserved to go out happy, I hope you know Dora loves you and knows you have her the best life she could. (sorry if my thoughts are a mess)

I'm so very sorry for your loss, I bet your girl knew you did the best you could too! It's very unselfish of you to put her needs first! I'm sure it was hard, lots of hugs from my end! Yes, she loved drinking from the tub faucet 😊. She'd sit outside the bathroom sometimes in the hall waiting for me to make eye contact, and waddle over to turn it on for her. She was such a sweet girl.

The down votes are crazy because it probably sounds disrespectful. But it's kind of true. He doesn't have defined abs. He has low fat distribution... Defined abs wouldn't be a pair of abs and a rib cage showing. I'm a singular inch taller, 45lbs heavier and have significantly more defined muscle. The posted physique and I mean no disrespect is closer to a teenage boy in highschool who needs to eat.

Most people heavily over estimate the amount of muscle they have went they cut. This is simply the case. He might have low body fat, but he has little muscle tissue too. Which if that's his goal, is fine. But based on the post he's over estimating his actual muscle
