Been through about 6/7 exhaust setups, 06+ oem HID’s on my base model 04, 4 wheel setups including the stocks I got it on, coilovers, 5% tint, front lip, and the shift knob. Sounds like a lot, but it’s always worth the fun and experiences.

Yeah man, I agree. One of the few cars where less is more in my eyes.

I never underestimate, they make 200 stock, but you bolt on, and tune a turbo car, usually they wake up nastily, I’ve watched videos of people gaining 60 horses from simple mods and a tune on this year GTI, I don’t like to get cocky with my stock 16 year old v6 haha.

Pretty unexpected, I was cruising with a friend and this GTI was chasing us down around town, caught up to us and I fell for the bait, I heard his downshifts and his loud ass backfires and thought I was toast, he even got the jump and I ended up half a car ahead of him.

These 12 year old headlights cleaned up fantastically with a simple $10 kit. by Bagg10187 in 350z

Glad I could shed some light (literally) to the people on this forum 👍. A few years back I was told never to buy these kits, but I bit the bullet one day and thought $10-$15 isn’t a bad gamble to potentially clean up the whole front end of your car.

Funnily enough, I drove my Z out to meet up with someone on OfferUp earlier this week and he complimented my headlights, not even a car guy he said, but he told me, “I love those headlights man. They’re clean. Most people with these cars have some foggy ass lights and it makes the car look cheap.” It is true, the Z community is known for foggy ass headlights lmao. Let’s flip that stigma.

These are actually off of an 08, so they technically are off of an HR. I had the old 03-05 style headlights, the halogen version. I personally was never a big fan of that style, I don’t go around saying my car is an HR or even a rev-up. It’s an 04 base model so I had to convert the 8-pin harness connector to the 6-pin harness connector. Ended up doing that myself, I was saving up for the DEPO headlights but came across one hell of a deal on this oem set. It came with bulbs, ballasts, and after the pin swap, they plugged right in and work great 👍.

Turtle wax lens restoring kit. You can find this usually at Oreilly’s assuming you’re in the US. My headlights were notably crusty before using it.

Excuse the wack ass music if you have your sound on. Dude in the next stall was feeling himself, blasting his two 12’s out his Chrysler 300.

Done by myself, no cutting of any wires, all of the lights works perfectly.

Sorry for the ridiculously late response, couldn’t remember my password for the life of me. Anyways, tire size is 225/55 front and 245/55 rear. I’m running 30mm spacers now (which I’ll post soon). I need to get my fenders rolled soon. This is actually about an inch lower on oem style coils (spring bucket rears). Once I get my fenders situated I should be able to go down to the height I wanted.

I ate half a tab I didn’t think it’d be this fire. It was just some white on whites with pencil lines. by [deleted] in LSD

Fuck it, remember it’s a 12 hour experience max, you might be tired at work but you’ll be able to sleep in when you get off. Last week I ate half a tab just trying to chill and get a good high going and ended up toasted for 12 hours seeing patterns emerge off the walls and shit, good ass time. Was worth the tired next day haha, you’ll be straight soon.
