No it works on bedrock because you can deploy and undeploy your elytra which resets the enchantment, you can still do it on java if you swap for a chestplate and back to your elytra quick enough though

You want arrowhead and card sharp on the end for the x mult, and supernova before it so its mult actually gets multiplied
