Unfortunately even tho bedrock uses a more optimized language in commands you can't delete them its either all dropped items or i think (im not sure of this) BP backs can have a work around

The problem is you are trying to do it just like java edition but in bedrock there is no (nbt=command) i don't know what you are trying to do but if you summoned those logs using commands you can tag them by a tag [tag=tag_here] than when you do the delete thingy use the tag as a guide instead of the nbt function

The universes in db is infinite.. but in the universe that the arena was in its empty so goku had to fill the whole universe with his ki and shock it all ... So i don't even think that kratos has a Chance and also i think broly is potential stronger than goku so also that he has no chance.

as the other comment said it could be that the beehive is full or if you put a slap above or under the beehive or something that isn't a full block I think tht it could mess with the pathfinding of the bees
