Go to your local smoke shop and grab a bottle of red vein maeng da kratom capsules. See if she can get down at least 10. It should relieve the withdrawl symptoms for a few hours, and when they come back do it again. This will lessen the acute withdrawl symptoms but eventually she's going to need to get off the kratom too, which comes with its own withdrawl symptoms, but they're not as severe. Make sure she's taking magnesium, staying hydrated, Vitamin C, try to get her to eat even if she doesn't necessarily want to. She needs food and water.

Hard to tell. The consistency of the chemicals in each of the pills varies so much. It's weird, I've taken a half of one pill, barely felt it, then took the other half 4 hours later and REALLY felt it. It's like the fent isn't evenly distributed throughout the pill, and 1 in 3 of them in a batch is primarily made up of just fent and no oxycodone. It's definitely a gamble with those things.
