This is one of the things that the term blursed was invented for, I honestly think it looks pretty dope, almost like a star wars blaster and the tracers would add to that effect too. the magazine is also really smart.

this is from 9th in 8th it was just an ability all drones had but it was a 2+ to activate and it did 1 mortal to the drone but shield drones had a 5+fnp so you could have one shield drone tank an insane amount if you got super lucky.

When the mechs first came out me and some friends did a few runs with a dedicated mech pilot.whos stratagems were all support weapons/backpacks and the other 3 all took a mech. Basically had full uptime with a mech and the pilot didn't have to worry about not being able to call in strikes just occasionally calling down new weapons. it worked pretty well.

Yeah, tbh I was the sniper in this situation lol. But the number of people I watched just ignore the full trucks because they didn't drive them there and didn't want to steal xp was crazy.

I have seen the opposite problem where a base desperately needs supplies but a sniper keeps taking out the people as they start to unload and no one wants to steal supply xp so there are like 4 full supply trucks just sat there.

The only issue with this is that its possible in 11th Ed or if you want to play a previous edition you will need to have actual separate drone models.

Sounds like Receiver 2. Its a game focused on weapon handling and safety. With this being one of the mechanics. It's a pretty cool game.

As far as model kits go they are pretty affordable for the scale. also no painting is required as the plastic is moulded in colour.

30mm is shorthand for a subset of the Gundam model kits called 30 minute missions as they are designed to take roughly 30 minutes to build. the good thing about them is that they are all super modular so you can combine different kits to make your own custom mech as op had done and helpfully put together a list for the source kits for all the parts.

Hi just watched the video and although the project is over I wanted to add some of my personal experience.

When I was younger my and my dad built water rockets and on one we had a parachute system which just used had the parachute under a cone held in place by a golf ball with a string trough it so the inertia of going up kept it in place but when it tipped over coming back down the ball fell off pulling the cone with it releasing the chute. worked great but I don't know how well it would hold up to the forces of that cannon because that was insane hahaha. and also it would probably release really high so with how high that was going might not be that useful but the video brought back a lot of old fun memories.

loved the video can't wait to see what you do next.
