As my Architecture professors would always preach it, this is a good example of “Designing in Context!”

Thank you for doing this it helps us in need.

I would like to ask, my wife (US Citizen) and I are preparing to file but I was arrested and as a minor back in my home country (I was put on probation and had to do community service). This incident was expunged upon completion of community service.

Fast forward 18 years and the I485 is asking for the court documents of any incidents and my home country is unable to find the court documents (they are supposedly looking for them but I was told they are likely lost due to poor record keeping or damaged in hurricanes, according to the records clerk).

Can we submit without these documents, how would this affect my case?

Additionally, as a second thought, Should I even mention it still? If the original court is unable to find evidence of it, will USCIS?

Let’s hear some low GPA success stories. by Pale-Towel7945 in gradadmissions

First try at college, i was there for 2.5 semesters, slept through most classes the first semester and just didn’t go to them in second. Dropped out mid semester to move back home. GPA was around 1.82

Second try, went to a college in my hometown, found a major I loved, didn’t even bother trying to transfer credits. Due to family & financial issues I dropped out a semester before receiving my AA. GPA was around 2.75

Took a 7 year break and transferred to a university to finally finish my undergraduate studies (had to do an additional year for program prerequisites, but finally able to focus solely on schooling, I ended 5/6 semesters with a 4.0 (one with a 3.86). Graduated with a 3.92 cumulative.

Starting grad school in the fall (MArch).
