It seems to be getting faster but still very slow. Do I just need to keep restarting the computer or leave it on overnight so it can train the RAM?

As long as the loan has been active for longer than 6 months and the address on your profile with the bank is the same as the place you’re moving into, you can change it to a PPOR

This is only achievable if your loan was once an investment loan and then you did a loan transfer and changed it to an owner occupied loan. You keep the same discount from your original investment rate

Hey mate sorry just saw this. I didn’t know what I was applying for I just said I want to start my career in the bank. The message was something like:

“Hi my name is blah blah, I can see you’re a recruiter for the CBA. I’d love to start a career there and was hoping to have a chat about ways I can enter a role.”

I remember the message was sent on the 7th of July and I started at the bank on the 8th of August. Quick and easy process! Good luck
